The Tony and Olivier Award winning hit musical Come from Away is in its final weeks at the Comedy Theatre in Melbourne, with tickets still available.

Playing until October 30, the heartstring-pulling global triumph tells the extraordinary true-life story of the approximately 7,000 air passengers from all over the world who were grounded in a small town in Canada during the wake of 9/11, and the kind Newfoundland community who welcomed them in with open arms.

Written by Tony and Grammy nominees Irene Sankoff and David Hein, and helmed by Tony-winning Best Director Christopher Ashley, Come from Away features musical staging by Olivier Award winner Kelly Devine.

The show stars Emma Powell (Kinky Boots, Priscilla – Queen of the Desert) as Beulah, Zoe Gertz (Les Misérables, Legally Blonde the Musical) as Beverley and Sarah Nairne (the Color Purple, Stretchmarks) as Hannah.

A deeply moving production filled with plenty of laughs that may just restore your faith in humanity, Come from Away is the perfect outing to go with friends and family or take yourself out on a date.

Ticket prices range from $85 to $179 per person.
