There’s something about all those yarns of wool – neatly stacked, colour-coordinated, soft and warm – that relaxes you immediately. The mother-daughter team behind this Fitzroy craft haven left their jobs to pursue their love of stitching – and their passion shines through in their chilled-out attitude. Every Sunday afternoon from 2-4pm, the pairs hosts a social craft circle, where you’re invited to drink tea, eat cake and talk about your latest craft project. There are also beginner, intermediate and advanced knitting and crochet classes on offer. If you consider yourself an expert already, why not give the crochet jug cover workshop a go?
