It started life in 2000 as a general store, but these days Village Idiom stocks idiosyncratic kitsch. "You have to morph to stay ahead," reckons owner Lex. He stocks clothing (we love the Wrangler shirts and the hats), T2 teas, Raybans, local-made jewellery, bags, clothes and curious paraphernalia for your mantlepiece.
