If it’s sweetish, herby and boozy, then it’s the kind of thing we love to drink at Christmastime. Australian Distilling Co have come through with the goods just in time for the holiday season by recently adding Shiraz Gin to their range of delicious spirits. Made from award-winning gin steeped with premium shiraz grapes, the Shiraz Gin has a nose of pepper, spices and blackcurrant with a sweet, complex and full-bodied palate overlayed with hints of raspberry. Deep burgundy in colour, the Shiraz Gin makes for the perfect addition for any imbiber’s stocking. Enjoy it in a G&T, gin and soda or a Floradora cocktail, or just have some on the rocks for a warm yuletide inner glow. The 700ml bottle can be purchased via the Australian Distilling Co website for $85.
