Whether you can’t get enough of Peruvian cuisine or you’re yet to discover it, you’re in luck: we’re offering you the chance to enjoy a lively Independence Day for free.
In celebration of 196 years of independence, Pastuso – Melbourne’s premier Peruvian restaurant in AC/DC Lane – is teaming up with The Pep Alliance (creators of special dining events) to put on a six-course feast.
Your meal for the evening (valued at $145, including matched drinks) will be created by Pastuso’s head chef Alejandro Saravia and Jesse Gerner from Spanish tapas eatery Bomba. Together, both chefs will showcase the influence that Spain has had on South American cuisine. During the night, Hilary McNevin from Pep Events will run a discussion and Q&A between the two chefs, so you can get learned while you feast.
To be in the draw to win a ticket to the dinner (1-4pm, Sunday July 30), enter your details below before 10am, Thursday July 20.
