Did you ever want to learn how to make empanadas or the perfect Peruvian roast chicken? Curious about the techniques of cooking with fire?

CHE restaurant in Fitzroy is having a Behind the Scenes afternoon where they will demonstrate all of those things to you.

The new Peruvian restaurant by chef Alejandro Saravia (Pastuso), CHE is an acronym for chicken, helados (ice cream) and empanadas, as well as being a colloquial term for friend or pal.

Time Out has five double passes to give away to Behind the Scenes of CHE on Saturday August 19 from noon.
