St Kilda’s Mahjong has been given a spit and polish, reopening with a new devil-may-care moniker, striking pop-art-style paintings and a regional Chinese menu. Zero in on the xiang jiang (cumin-spiced lamb pockets) and Sichuan-style dan dan noodles, before finishing with an old-school favourite, golden orbs of deep-fried icecream.
