Tucked away in little alleyway, this well-known establishment serves some of the best and fastest pasta in Melbourne. This homely Italian joint has been around for more than 60 years, and nothing much has changed in that time. It’s nothing fancy but the Waiters Restaurant is open late and is a great place to grab a big plate of spaghetti and a tumbler of cheap red. BYO is wine only and there is no corkage fee.
