Say hello to Collins Square, the CBD’s newest food, drink and retail hub

Collins Square has transformed with the arrival of more than 38 different restaurants, bars and cafés alongside fresh food, health and beauty outlets, bringing both convenience and food adventures to the western end of Collins Street. 

First, you'll want to head to Hightail, a new dining oasis in Collins Square from the folks behind Welcome to Thornbury. The bar is touted to become the CBD's newest foodie hub with food by Belle's Hot Chicken, Mr Burger and Super Taco and a huge central bar that will be able to cater to city dwellers.

After some Japanese? Grab a seat by the sushi train at Sushi and Nori – you won't have to wait for your meal as delicious fresh sushi, sashimi and hot dishes like tempura and gyoza parade in front of you. Otherwise, get a Greek feast at Ena Greek Street Food, where smoky rotisserie meats are their speciality. 

Need to do some life admin during your lunch break or after work? You'll also find Woolworths Metro, The Cobbler, Capsule Pharmacy, Mensbiz, BWS and Ella Bache at Collins Square.
