This casual eatery, sister to the original Liverpool Street venue, takes a modern approach to Asian street food classics, with a skew towards Thai and Vietnamese flavours. The owners encourage diners to eat with their hands, which makes sense given a menu featuring mini banh mi, betel leaves and steamed pork buns; other popular dishes include the sticky pork belly, crispy barramundi and duck salad with fresh banana blossom salad. A choice of five dishes between two people is $59 at lunch and $69 at dinner, with an entirely vegan menu available. The restaurant also makes cocktails infused with South East Asian flavours: we’re talking a Lemongrass Tom Collins, a Bloody Mary featuring spicy Chiang Mai relish, and a Mekhong Mule with Vietnamese mint and lime.
