Gluten, dairy and fructose haters will also feel at home, as will carnivores, with the all-day breakfast and lunch menus offering a wide range of healthy, allergy aware options to satisfy every breed of foodie. Given owner Robyn Metz’s own resume of dietary intolerances, this is no a gimmick but a serious business: two coffee machines are even on hand to carefully supply dairy and non-dairy coffee orders. Basically, Red Robyn understands that even if you love food, food doesn’t always love you back, but that is no reason to sacrifice on taste or quality.
