Time Out says

The kitchen at this spacious Brunswick warehouse café is headed up by former Matcha Mylkbar chef Lachlan Timms, who's combining very Instagram-able aesthetics with Japanese and Korean flavours. Order up taiyaki (that's a fish-shaped pastry stuffed with maple pear custard), soft shell crab okonomiyaki, brisket benedict, bibimbap, and Korean fried chicken. The menu also has a dinner-style selection of small plates and sides, ranging from a double serve of bacon to nasu dengaku. The café has a focus on sustainability and giving back, with half-price coffees for emergency service workers on duty and in uniform; solar power installed; Who Give A Crap products on site; and Huskee Cups (recycled and environmentally friendly cups made from coffee husks). Plus there's an in-house herb garden.
