Time Out says

Fitzroy continues with the dining wins with the arrival of James McLennan (formerly of Bomba and Taxi Dining Room) and Michael Burr's Nómada Food and Wine. This welcoming neighbourhood restaurant will hero Victorian produce, cooked with a Spanish bent. Work your way through tapas style plates of house cured sardines with almond milk; a 'clacked' egg (which is a slow cooked hen's egg with spanner crab and Yarra Valley caviar); Cape Grim steak tartare; and hand pressed tortillas with fried anchovy and smoked harissa. The restaurant also had an open kitchen so you can see McLennan and his crew in action, plus a private dining space and a split-level 55-seat main dining room.
