There’s increasing evidence that your gut health is linked to your mental health, and Richmond juice and smoothie bar Ms Peachy wants to help you address both. If you’re looking for delicious ways to add plant-based nutrients to your diet, then swing by to try the menu packed full of nutritious smoothies, cold-pressed juices and smoothie bowls.
Keen on something light and refreshing? Try the cold-pressed juices. Clear your sinuses with the ‘Purify’ juice made with a kick of ginger and cayenne pepper, or bask in the flavours of summer with ‘Hydration Burst’ made with watermelon, lime and mint.
The smoothie menu has a little something for everyone, with options ranging from green smoothies, choccy-loaded protein shakes and vitamin C-packed fruit smoothies. After you select your smoothie, you can then pick your liquid (water, milk, almond, oat, soy or coconut water) and also have the option to add protein powders (vegan or non-vegan) and sweeteners (honey, agave or maple syrup).
If you’re after something a bit more substantial for breakfast or lunch, grab a smoothie bowl. Choose between the acai base or the green base made with banana, mango, avocado, fresh spinach and coconut milk. Topping options include coconut yoghurt, mixed berries, bee pollen, Nutella, paleo trail mix and more.
On top of the nutritional menu, customers can also look forward to a line-up of events like monthly meditation sessions, workshops with nutritionists and a fortnightly running club. You can check out the full schedule of events through the Ms Peachy website.
