Milkboy on Fordhams

Fordham’s (now Milkboy on Fordhams) may be the oldest standing milk bar in Melbourne, but thanks to an upgrade, it now doubles as a humming café. While still honouring its former life as a regular convenience store – you can purchase cartons of milk, soft drinks and lollies or top up your Myki – the right side offers the option to linger for coffee, breakfast, lunch or a seemingly endless list of cakes and slices. Like all good gourmet milk bars, there is also the option for take away, with a number of salads and pies to choose from.
