Time Out says

If you were looking for a whole new way to consume ice cream, we’ve got some good news. Madame Spaghetti is Australia’s first and only “spaghetti” gelato bar. There’s not a cup or cone in sight. Instead, you’ll find bowls of ice cream made to look like a bowl of loaded spaghetti.

To get this squiggly consistency, Madame Spaghetti squeezes fresh, housemade ice cream through a kind of pasta extruder. There are four of these spaghetti gelato machines, which were flown in from Italy.

Flavours include the Trophy Wife (salted caramel spaghetti topped with chocolate sauce, golden peanut nuggets and brownie bits), the Chris P Bacon (vanilla spaghetti with powdered bacon dust, crisp bacon bits and peanut butter drizzle), the Kahuna (chocolate spaghetti with tropical coulis and salty coconut flakes) and the vegan-friendly Berry Me (strawberry spaghetti sorbet with fresh strawberries and pistachio crunch).
