Time Out says

As the hugest bubble tea entity in Taiwan, Machi Machi is said to be the queen of the teas. The first Aussie store first landed in Sydney in 2019, and the brand has has since expanded to 25 stores across multliple cities.

Yes, you'll find all your favourite milk, cream cheese and fruity bubble tea classics in-store, but what sets Machi Machi truly apart is its signature bubble tea flask bottles and the famous Black Milk Tea Crème Brulee flavour – a Machi Machi invention. Pop into the Hawthorn store to try it, or the new non-alcoholic Mojito and Sparkling Plum Green Tea Drink flavours, two new arrivals to the range. Current fan favourites also include the Strawberry Milk with Panna Cotta and the Grapefruit Green Tea Slush with Fruit Jelly.

Machi Machi have also just recently released a limited edition run of merch in collaboration with one of the most revolutionary artists of the '80s, Jean-Michel Basquiat. It sees the legendary Machi Machi flask bottle sporting iconic Basquiat insignia and logo – cute! The collection is limited to only 2000 bottles so get your hands on one quick.

Machi Machi is located at 683 Glenferrie Road, with stores also at the Emporium and on Swanston Street in the CBD. Find out more at the website.
