The Beaufort has entered the smokin’ fray with red gum and hickory blazing. Ike’s is doing it low and slow in a legit competition-grade smoker from the USA. Your pork rack comes smoked and slicked with a bourbon-maple glaze and scorched for good measure. They also do beef ribs, and soon, goat with asparagus.
