The Coppersmith Hotel's bar and restaurant is all about showcasing the best of Victorian produce, with head chef Andrea Papapostolou at the helm.

The new winter menu features raw and cured starters like freshly shucked oysters; share tastes including ricotta and goat's curd agnolotti, sage butter; mains like duck neck sausage, caramelised leek soubise, charred leeks, apricot gastrique; and hearty numbers like a braised lamb shoulder. Pop in for an express lunch Monday to Friday, with one course with a glass of wine for just $35.

After a drink? Head to the rooftop to enjoy the intimate surrounds while overlooking Melbourne’s skyline with a glass of pinot noir or shiraz from the extensive wine list. Every Thursday evening you can kick back and enjoy $10 cocktails.
