Head to Garden State Hotel for a superb pub lunch

Need to mix up your weekly lunch routine? Shun your sad desk lunch for a tasty pub lunch at Flinders Lane's Garden State Hotel. The CBD mainstay's Garden Grill has just introduced a new lunch special with a main and a matching glass of wine for just $26. 

The menu will change every week depending on the seasonality of produce so you can make it a regular occurrence. A sample of dishes that can be found on the menu include baked blue eye with tomato and caper dressing; Parisian-style gnocchi with broad bean leaf salad; beef rump cap with chilli miso and gem lettuce; or barbecue pork scotch with radish and witlof. Each dish comes paired with a glass of wine that suits the flavours like a Pinot Noir or Semillon Sav Blanc. The menu is available from Monday to Thursday, noon-2.30pm.
