Thankfully, this Cuban wagon takes its cues more from sunny Florida than actual Cuba (where the food is not quite as colourful). Housed permanently out the back of Los Barbudos, their rice and beans has that surprisingly meaty flavour hit, and the crunchy chips of potato-meets-banana fried plantain smothered in loose pulled beef is the beer snack of your dreams.
