Cap off your working week with a lunch at Dutchess in the CBD. Combining regional and international flavour profiles with local produce, Dutchess focuses on prime cuts of meat, grilled by skilled chefs.

The extensive range of both grain and pasture-fed steaks are sourced from the country's top cattle regions and they are dry-aged on site. Try cuts including a bone on strip loin, which is pasture fed and aged for 35 days, and the slow-roasted, tender Sher wagyu brisket. The two-course lunch is available on Thursdays and Fridays and costs $40 per person.
