Above the historic Flinders Street pub the Duke of Wellington is the sleek and sexy Dutchess. In the kitchen you'll find Dylan Kemp who's preparing a meaty menu, which prides itself on its extensive steak list. There are more than 10 different top cuts on offer, including a bovine tasting platter with slow roasted wagyu brisket, Gippsland eye fillet and Cape Grim Poterhouse. Not into meat? There are also plenty of veggo options like twice baked soufflé, zucchini spaghetti with salsa verde and salt baked celeriac.
If you're just after some snacks and drinks, there's a bar menu with freshly shucked oysters, wine, deconstructed cocktails and classics. Also if you want to get your dancing shoes on, there are DJs 'til close on Saturdays.
