Digging for Fire BBQ

This mobile BBQ kitchen was started by Yarra Valley chef Dave Walsh. As the name would suggest, they cook everything with fire, from slow cooked lamb shoulder and fire-roasted veggies at lunch to grilled bacon with scrambled eggs for brekkie.
