Cantina Carolina is the sibling to Toorak Road's bustling Italian restaurant, Bar Carolina, offering you breakfast pasta next to ricotta hotcakes from 7am, daily. More conventional choices come as bruschetta- toast topped with whipped ricotta, heirloom tomatoes, poached eggs, prosciutto and Parmigiano- or a fig and almond granola that comes alongside poached fruits and a pannacotta. Lunch brings classics like seafood tagliatelle and roasted pork belly with mustard fruits to the menu, which can be accompanied with Australian and Italian wines that come by the glass, or in carafes.
