Time Out says

Straight out of Noosa, Betty's Burgers and Concrete Co (Betty's Burgers for short) is making its first venture out of Queensland on Elizabeth Street. The burger joint is known for its classic chip shop-style burgers: the Betty's classic is adorned with nothing more than your usual cheese, lettuce and tomato (pickles and bacon optional). The menu is short but sweet, there's a fried chicken burger, mushroom with melted gouda and gruyere vegetarian option and a pork belly number. Not into carbs? They do a Bare Betty burger wrapped in lettuce.

Betty's is also known for their Concretes, rich custard ice cream in flavours like Hot Fudge Coconut, Peanut Butter Brittle and Lemon Raspberry Cheesecake. Build your own Concrete if you like and you'll get to choose between the chocolate or vanilla ice cream topped with as few or as many sauces and chunky toppings.
