Asado-to-Go is the takeaway extention of Southbank Argentinian restaurant Asado Bar and Grill, offering breakfast and lunch as well as a tempting selection of ingredients to take home and cook for yourself.
Breakfast options include an acai bowl, a cranberry and coconut oat bar, and a fritatta of asado pork, mushroom, sweet potato and capsicum. Lunchtimes there are fresh and toasted sandwiches and a changing weekly line-up of ensaladas such as zucchini, snow peas and asparagus scattered with hazelnuts, pomegranate and Manchego cheese – just add your choice of barbecued meats. For a sweet treat you can pick up raspberry financier cakes, chocolate meringue cookies and the San Telmo Group’s famous alfajor filled with dulce de leche.
Become a home barbecue master with Asado-to-Go's premium take-home cuts packaged up with salads or roast vegetables. For instance, two 500gm eye fillet steaks and two salads will cost you $40.
