Raph Rashid – first he blessed us with burgers on wheels with Melbourne’s first new wave food truck, Beatbox Burgers, then he delivered us a moveable feast of tacos with the Taco Truck. Now, he’s downed roots at a new store putting some serious energy into fat fried doughnuts. But don't fear that he's gone all high falutin' just because he's opened a permanent outpost - things are still pretty street here. It's weekends only; dough rings and dark filter coffee from Seven Seeds is the name of the game, and everything is served in a cardboard box.
