Say goodbye to spooning your way through another sad açai bowl: yoga and pasta have come together at last at Yoga Cucina, a new health retreat that’s touring some of Australia’s prettiest locales.

Yoga Cucina combines two of our favourite things: Italian food and yoga, naturally. Run by yoga instructors Rebecca Lockyer, Claire Blackwood and Aly Clarke, Yoga Cucina is a moveable feast where you can enjoy restorative yin yoga classes, dive into a bunch of cool climate wines and take part in a hands-on Italian cooking class all over the course of a weekend. Welcome to La Pasta Vita.

Yoga Cucina has just locked in their next couple of retreats for 2019. In February, Yoga Cucina is going 'au naturel' in NSW's Kangaroo Valley (don't worry, the food will be naked, not the people). Then in May, it's time to get salty beside the wild beaches of the NSW South Coast.

Not only are all your meals included, the retreat includes accommodation, twice-daily yoga sessions with guided meditations, workshops and more.
