It's safe to say that our 2024 ins and outs were controversial – you guys really didn't like it when we said burrata was out (sorry not sorry!). Well, we've decided to get our crystal ball out once again and make some predictions for 2025. After all, we've spent the year eating, drinking and exploring the city, so it makes sense that we've picked up on a few key trends. 

And look, you may not agree with them all – that's okay! Healthy debate is normal! – but for now, here's what we think will be hot (and not) for 2025.
