We Aussies are a patriotic bunch, but how far is too far?

The team at Windsor's Galah, who love adding a bit of Australiana to their cocktails, have just come up with the Vegemite Espresso Martini, which they're calling the Breaki Espresso. Head bartenders Renato Tonelli and Daniel Norton were inspired by the Breakfast Martini (which we would like to think is a Martini you drink before midday, but is actually a regular Martini replacing vermouth with marmalade and orange liqueur), and adds two dashes of a house-made Vegemite bitters to their Espresso Martini before topping it with a butter cream foam.

If you're brave enough, you can try this boozy, caffeinated, umami-filled concoction for $22, and it is even served with a spoon so you can savour every last drop.
