What’s better than seeing a free gig? How about six free gigs? Richmond’s Corner Hotel is a Melbourne music institution, and is celebrating their 21st birthday by putting on a series of six gigs in November, each of them headlined by much-loved Australian musicians.
Time Out and the Corner Hotel are giving away a double pass to all six of these gigs. The first is Melbourne rock and blues trio The Vasco Era (Nov 1), followed by punk stalwarts Cosmic Psychos, who have been going strong for more than 30 years (Nov 7). Next up is soul diva (and lead vocalist from The Bamboos) Kylie Auldist and the African funk ensemble The Public Opinion Afro Orchestra (Nov 14). The forth gig is a double-hander of two formidable Melbourne talents, Clare Bowditch and Adalita (Nov 19), followed by Sydney hip-hop duo Horrorshow (Nov 22). Wrapping up the series of gigs will be none other than the great singer-songwriter Archie Roach (Dec 5).
To score yourself a double pass to this epic line-up, simply fill in your details below before Thursday 26 October.
