Music icons the Jacksons will be heading down under for a brand-new summer festival series that will travel across the country in January.
Featuring original members Jermaine, Jackie, Tito and Marlon, the Jacksons will be headed to Australia to play some of their greatest hits, including ‘Can You Feel It’, ‘Blame it on the Boogie’, ‘I’ll Be There’ and ‘ABC’.
The Summer Series will not only feature these Rock n Roll Hall of Fame inductees, but also party starters Kool and the Gang, who you’ll remember for their classic songs ‘Celebration’ and ‘Jungle Boogie’. Grammy winners the Pointer Sisters will also be bringing the party, with their hits ‘I’m So Excited’ and ‘Jump (For My Love)’.
Get your arms ready: the Village People will be bringing their infectious fun as well, playing all of their dancefloor hits, including ‘YMCA’, ‘Macho Man’ and ‘In the Navy’. Last but not least, Sister Sledge will also bring the fun with ‘We Are Family’ and more hits.
Their Australian tour will hit Melbourne’s Sidney Myer Music Bowl on Wednesday, January 16. Tickets will start at $79 for kids and $149 for adults and various VIP packages. Tickets will go on sale at 10am on Thursday, October 18.
