Live music, food trucks, fireworks and market stalls are on the agenda at this brand-new festival by Lucky Ent, the group behind Ultra Australia, Esoteric, Good Things Festival and Lucky Day Out. The festivities will kick off at 1pm on Saturday, February 11 at Caribbean Gardens in the foothills of the Dandenong Ranges.
For the inaugural festival, the line-up will be headlined by Aria Award-winning artist Amy Shark, the singer-songwriter behind hit track 'I Said Hi'. Shark will be joined by multi-platinum jazz and funk band the Cat Empire; OG Red Wiggle Murray Cook, who will be hitting the decks; folk and rock duo Pierce Brothers; hip-hop artist 360; DJ Yo! Mafia; and singer-songwriter Cadence.
"I'm very excited to be moving into the world of DJing," says Cook. "It's great to connect with the fans that grew up with The Wiggles in a different way.
On top of the stacked music line-up, festivalgoers can also get a mean feed at food tracks including El Chivi, which will be dishing up Uruguayan steak sangas; slow-cooked barbecue by Smokeyboiz; Mediterranean dishes by Cypriot Street Grill; and Middle Eastern eats by Hamsa Hummus Bar.
