Time Out says

Stretch out your limbs and start thinking about your dance moves, because Confidence Man gigs are famously akin to a workout. Since forming in Brisbane in 2016, the four-piece group has evolved from producing quirky karaoke-friendly pop tunes like ‘Boyfriend (Repeat)’ and ‘Don’t You Know I’m in a Band’, to raising the roof with certified dancefloor bangers.

Their 2022 album Tilt sounded more at home in the club than on the couch and their latest single ‘I Can’t Lose You’ follows that trajectory. The music video also happens to feature vocalists Janet Planet (Grace Stephenson) and Sugar Bones (Aidan Moore) flying over their new home of London in a helicopter, naked.

The party-starting group is gearing up to release a new album called 3am (La La La) on October 18, before kicking off their Australian tour less than a week later. With a name like that, we can only imagine that the BPM will be high and the vibes will be even higher.

The 3am (La La La) tour is stopping in Fremantle, Adelaide, Sydney, Brisbane and Torquay before ending up at Forum Melbourne on Monday, November 4 (Melbourne Cup eve). Currently, only one Melbourne date has been announced, so get in quick! Newcastle-born, London-based dance producer Loods will warm up the crowd for all Australian shows.

Tickets for all shows go  on sale on Wednesday, June 19 from 9am local time. Melbourne tickets will be available via Ticketek over here
