Time Out says

Since opening in early 2023, Bergy Bandroom has quickly become a staple of the lively Brunswick music scene. As the sister venue of popular dive bar the Bergy Seltzer (and situated right next door on Sydney Road), this venue is booked and blessed with gigs, making it great for when you feel like a lucky dip night of live music.

The 200 capacity bandroom sits comfortably in the goldilocks zone of gig venues: big enough to feel like the shows are a proper occasion, but not too hard to sell out either.

We’ve heard the sound setup is great too, as the Bergy Bandroom is owned by a seasoned audio pro who completely revamped the old warehouse space with acoustics in mind.

The bandroom plays host to everything from record launches and cover nights to sneaky side shows and touring acts. So, rock up to the front bar for a casual drink, get some air in the cosy beer garden, or rock on until 3am on Fridays and Saturdays.
