Ex-Om Nom head chef and dessert queen Christy Tania is known for her outlandish desserts. She's the guest judge that MasterChef contestants both fear and revere (her crazy dessert with an edible balloon was a killer in this year's season).
She went on to lead the dessert team at the Langham last year, and now Tania is venturing out on her own, opening her first stand-alone venue. Glacé is a Windsor dessert bar set to open on Thursday, August 24, and will be a literal candy store for fans of Tania's fussy (but delicious) desserts.

The focus of Glacé will be ice creams and sorbets: expect flavours like boozy sticky date pudding, ginger spice vanilla, and coffee caramel, which involves a caramel milk chocolate ice cream with Kahlua and orange cinnamon crumble. You can get these served the old-school way in a waffle cone, but since this is Christy Tania, she's also making ice cream eclairs, dessert jars, and push-pop ice creams (pictured), where you'll get cake sponge and ice cream in a fun push-up container.
Find Glacé at 1A Peel Street, Windsor.
