Is this fur real? Has the world gone barking mad?

Now that we've gotten the dog puns out of the way, let's try to unpack Melbourne's newest food truck. We had to check that this food truck for dogs isn't some late April Fools jokes, but on closer inspection, we saw that Canine Wellness Kitchen combines social media's greatest passions: ~wellness~ and dogs, to help Melbourne's four-legged #cleaneating types stick to their raw/paleo diet. Clearly Schmakos or a good old fashioned spoonful of peanut butter are apparently not good enough anymore for today's doggos.

Canine Wellness Kitchen will be rolling out for the first time at this weekend's Hank Marvin Market, which means your furry mate will be able to run off his bone broth and Trachea Chew (mmm, delicious windpipes!) with fellow pups at Alma Park. Each treat on the Canine Wellness Kitchen menu comes with information on what it's good for, so expect things like the Roo Chew (high protein and good for sensitive tummies), bone broths (because your dog needs a superfood smoothie too), and ready-made raw meals packed with offal, chicken and fruit and veg.

Has someone invented activewear for dogs yet? Because it's high time; someone just needs to figure out how to put pants on dogs

Canine Wellness Kitchen launches at Hank Marvin Market in Alma Park this Saturday September 24.

Crazy about dogs? Meet Valerie and George, a couple of our favourite Melbourne dogs. Alternatively, take your doggo out for a pint at Melbourne's dog-friendly pubs.
