Trouble in Dreams

Welcome to Trouble in Dreams, Footscray's latest moody watering hole. The cocktail bar is helmed by Aaron Donato (who also owns Footscray institutions Bar Josephine and Pie Thief) and bartender Chad Parkhill (Eydie’s, Heartattack and Vine). The fit-out is dotted with antique furniture and oozes old world charm. As for the drinks, expect all the classics along with original drinks (think Vietnamese Espresso Martinis finished with blowtorched condensed milk), a solid range of minimal-intervention wines, craft beers and charcuterie.
