After 16 years playing jazz and slinging drinks on Flinders Lane, the Purple Emerald Lounge Bar has relocated to High Street in Northcote. It's still the late night soul and jazz bar you've always known doing free funk nights on Fridays and soul nights on a Saturday, but now it has an outdoor deck for Sunday afternoons and a freshly renovated backyard lounge room that is just waiting for the weather to fine up.
