Time Out says

Richmond's Prince Alfred is the ultimate local pub, ticking all the boxes that a solid neighbourhood watering hole should.

Now open seven days a week, you can get around nightly special every day of the week. Monday nights are all about kicking off the week with a bargain counter meal, with mains going for just $15. Choose between items such as a hearty crumbed chicken parmigiana served with garden salad and fries; the Prince Alfred beef burger; crisp battered fish and chips with housemade tartare sauce; chicken scaloppini with a creamy white wine sauce served with mash and green beans; a tender Thai beef curry; or a chargrilled veggo pasta with fresh tomato and basil sauce.

At the end of the week it's all about happy hour on Fridays from 4-7pm with $7 pints, house wines and basic spirits. Sundays are for sitting down to a full roast with all the trimmings, plus there's live acoustic music from 3pm. Mid-week you can also get involved in Meat Club, which serves up steak cuts from including a 350gm rib eye for just $24.

The Prince Alfred also loves your doggo as much as you do, with the beer garden now fully accommodating four-legged friends.

So whether you're hankering for a schnitty, you want to catch up with mates over a schooner or you're ready to cap off the weekend with a roast dinner, the Prince Alfred has you covered.
