Tucked away on the periphery of the Richmond pub scene, the Kingston is a local gem that's well worth jumping on a tram for. Perhaps you once knew it in its former life as a gig room – Paul Kelly's first ever show was held in what is now the restaurant. These days that room serves up pub classics with the emphasis on Asian and Italian dishes. Steak night is on Wednesdays, while on Thursdays there's a Duck & Pino special. The beer garden and courtyard make this the perfect summer pub.
