It’s time to take a grown-up walk down candy cane lane. Sofitel is serving up a summer cocktail with a hot and cold twist.

The Candy Cane features house-made vodka-strawberry jam, concocted by Sofitel’s pastry chef David Hann and mixologist Marc Dasan, and a house-made candy cane sorbet. Once mixed together, the whole thing is set alight and doused with Taltarni Rosé. Here’s how it’s made.
