Holy Water is Victoria’s newest craft distillery festival, here to warm your winter belly with a curated lineup of some of the best niche distillers and mixologists in the business.
Running across three days from Friday, August 26 to Sunday, August 28 at the Seaworks Maritime Precinct in Williamstown, Holy Water organisers come to the event with over 30 years of experience delivering festivals and working for some of the best hospitality venues Melbourne has to offer.
What results is a festival that is the right amount both niche and accessible, championing some of Victoria’s best distilleries, mixologists and chefs. For just $65, you’ll receive entry to the event, a branded tasting glass, live music, and access to the extensive masterclasses that are free to book, hosted by the likes of chef & botanist Jude Mayall, bartender at Bar Liberty, Nick Tesar and Kayla Reid of Nick & Nora's, covering everything from using botanicals to bottling your own cocktails.
For those who want the full festival experience, they’re also offering a return ferry service where you can revel in cocktails, live music and a scenic ride along the water from Southgate to Williamstown.
A ticket gives you a four-hour sessional entry to either the Friday, Saturday or Sunday sessions. Tickets can be purchased via the Holy Water website.
