Time Out says

The crew who bought you the B.East are headed for the CBD, bringing burgers with a vegan bent and rock'n'roll vibes with them. The best part about the rock'n'roll factor is they're putting their money where their mouth is and hosting both local and international bands every single week for free.

Food-wise the menu starts out with sports bar munchies like triple cheese jalapeño poppers, Dorito-pie smoked beef nachos, and deep fried pickles with ranch dressing. The burger menu also takes an all-in-approach, whether you're a meat eater or plant-based. The vegan cheeseburger is loaded with maple 'facon' and bourbon pickled jalapeños, while the vegan barbecue brisket is contrasted with an apple and fennel slaw and smoky sauce. Or you can go for short rib burgers with shaved black truffle and fontina cheese. Don't like to mess with the recipe? There's a classic fried chicken burger, too.

The soundtrack of Globe Alley will be switching it up between classic Aussie and Americana rock along with '90s hip hop. Bands will bring garage rock, psych house and funk music to the stage, while dedicated queer nights will fill the dance floor.
