No matter how you drink your wine, Brunswick East Wine Store will stock a drop to suit your palate. Seasoned winemaker and ex-Vue de Monde sommelier Tim Cohen is the man behind the venture having tasted every single bottle that sits on their shelves.
Recently Cohen has expanded the business into a wine bar, offering customers to sit in and drink any bottle on the shelf for a $10 corkage fee. For the less boisterous, wine will also be available by the glass, with the first four bottles picked off the shelf by customers, available for drinking each week.
Saturdays will see Cohen uncorking some top-drops including Bindi Block 5 Pinot Noir, Clonakilla Shiraz Viognier or even a Macarinni 2001 Barolo, so head down for an exclusive chance to try these rare and coveted wines.
