We’re calling it: the Espresso Martini is the ideal drink to start your night with. The sweet, eye-opening cocktail is standard across many bar menus but their popularity means they can often cost a pretty penny. Not at Crown though, where a stack of bars are slinging $10 Espresso Martinis every day until the end of March. Just pop into one of the participating venues between 5pm and 8pm to kickstart your night on the cheap.

Crown is saying hello to the cooler weather with a pint glass of Heineken in hand and inviting you to do the same. The famous, easy drinking Dutch beer will set you back just $9.50 every day in March with seven separate venues offering the special across Crown.

From Wednesday to Sunday the venue hosts Merry Hour – three magical hours where you can get Ketel One vodka for $6, fruity jugs of Pimms for $15 and glasses of red, white or sparkling house wine for $6.

Where: San Antone.

After a long day at work there are two things that puts a smile on our faces: juicy barbecued meat and cheap drinks. San Antone offer a $10 Margarita, $6 house wine (red, white and sparkling) and schooners of Budweiser for $6. Add a tray of the restaurant’s tender smoked meats and sides and you’re laughing.

The restaurant also has a daily happy hour where you can get $6 wines and $9.50 Heineken pints to enjoy in the sun by the Riverwalk.
