The late but legendary New York artist Keith Haring created this mural for Melbourne back in 1984, and it's been one of the city's favourite pieces of public art ever since. It had a significant restoration back in 2013, and again in 2017, but has now been unveiled as part of Collingwood Arts Precinct.
It is a fine example of Haring's work, and one of only 31 known Haring murals that still remain intact in the world. It is also one of only three that haven't seen revisions or repainting.
