Since its inception in 1970, Craft Victoria has championed innovative and forward-thinking artists while providing a location to showcase and market their work. This non-profit organisation has always been at the forefront of contemporary art, bringing attention to the latest talents and techniques from the art world.
Their Collins Street home opened in late 2017 as a hub of creative collaboration and promotion. Designed by Melbourne architect Karen Abernathy, the space utilises a minimal aesthetic which makes the hand-crafted art and the artists featured within the focal point. The versatile 300sqm location can be divided depending on the needs of each new exhibition and also includes a retail centre, offices and storage.
