The Bluestone Church was transformed into an arts centre by the Maribyrnong City Council in March 2012. Following a successful 12-month trial period, in which the Bluestone Church was used as a fully dedicated arts and performance centre, the Maribyrnong City Council has been able to continue the programme.
The space can accommodate 60 seated patrons, or 100 standing. It also comes with theatre blacks, six-channel audio system, kitchenette, toilets, outdoor portable heating, indoor gas heating and ticket booth.
